Refund / Exchange Policy:

In the case whereby RICE2U’s is unable to make a delivery, a refund will be issued.
We will accept product exchange upon 15 days from the date of purchase if the product you received product from us is damaged.
Customers should contact Customer Service by email support@rice2u.my for any further questions or clarifications.
(The company reserves the right to make changes to terms and conditions without prior notice).

Shipping Policy

Our offer is valid for delivery within Malaysia only.
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days after your payment is confirmed.
You are required to acknowledge the receipt of shipment upon delivery. Hence, delivery to P.O. Box address is strictly prohibited.
Redirecting your order is strictly prohibited.
An attempted delivery card will be placed at your doorstep if the parcel delivered to the address provided by you is not collected.
Please email us at support@rice2u.my within 3-5 working days of the order date if you have not received the product.
Failure or refusal to collect the parcel will result in you bearing all the relevant costs incurred by Jerak Firma Sdn Bhd.
